Sengly established SLH Industries in 2015 with a strategy to be the preferred Hazardous Material Remediation firm for Victoria.
The success of this strategy was soon evident with the natural expansion to other States as opportunities opened.
Today, SLH Industries employs 250+ personnel, with permanent offices established to 4 States.

State Managers
Tony joined SLH Industries in 2015 bringing with him a broad experience of the Hazardous Materials Remediation industry.
Tony was approached by management to create an Occupational Health & Safety Management System to comply with AS/NZS 4801-2001, of which he successfully delivered.
Tony’s role is that of National OH&S Manager based out of Head Office but with a roaming commission.

John joined SLH Industries in 2020, filling the role of State Manager NSW / Estimating.
He has over 40 years’ Construction and Infrastructure experience having filled positions ranging from Quantity Surveying through to Estimation Manager for both Tier 1 & Tier 2 builders.
John experience brings the opportunity for SLH to diversify works.
Johns goal is to increase the company’s awareness in NSW and believes that clear communication with-in the business is paramount to success.

Andrew joined SLH Industries in May 2018, filling the role of Project Manager for the Kwinana Power Station Asbestos remediation (outside of Perth WA)
During this time, Andrew expanded the company’s ability to address additional hazardous waste projects across the entire WA state and headed up the establishment of a permanent office in Perth.
He has a close association with the Pilbara region, having controlled major works to this area.
Andrew’s self-belief is “that with the right effort, anything is possible”.

Mick joined SLH Industries in July 2018, filling the role of Construction Manager (NSW), when the opportunity arose for company expansion, Mick moved back to Qld to head up the new Brisbane office.
Mick has 40yrs continuous involvement in either or / both the Demolition & Asbestos Remediation industries and in that period of immense change, has gained a plethora of experience.
With SLH Industries already established as the “Go To” company for Asbestos / Hazardous Waste Remediation projects the awarding of an unrestricted Demolition Licence (Qld) will only broaden our professional horizons.
To Mick, the welfare and safety of our people is paramount.
Mick has 40yrs continuous involvement in either or / both the Demolition & Asbestos Remediation industries and in that period of immense change, has gained a plethora of experience.

Karen joined SLH Industries in 2016 filling the role of Executive Assistant to the Director, Sengly Heng.
With her experience in administration, Karen adopted the role of Office Manager for the company headquarters which entails the day to day running of the company engine room.

Annette’s role within SLH Industries is that of Accounts Manager.
This position is integral to the smooth running of the day to day business and forms one of the 4 pillars of the Head Office infra-structure.

Cathy joined SLH Industries in 2019, she fills the role of Administration Officer for the Qld office, but her role extends to intra-state assistance, as required

Project Managers
Paul joined SLH Industries in 2020 and is based in Head Office (Vic).
He is currently filling the role(s) of Project Manager / Estimator utilising the broad range of experience and knowledge gained from 25 years industry participation.
Paul’s industry knowledge allows for a high standard with both tendering and project delivery.

Sean joined SLH Industries in June 2020 as a Project Manager to initially head up the Telstra / Visionstream projects involving the Exchange building upgrades / site hardening & ACM remediation.
Sean brings with him a plethora of experience gained from 30yrs in the Demolition / Asbestos Remediation industry.
SLH Industries has now been awarded an unrestricted Demolition Licence in Qld which will allow full utilisation of Sean’s skill base.

Ben joined SLH Industries Brisbane office, filling the role of Project Engineer whilst holding associate degrees in Civil Engineering and bachelor’s degrees in Civil & Construction Engineering.
Ben brings with him the ability to compose competitive tendering and the delivery of high-level project administration.
